Ask and indicate the way

To ask for the way, we can say :

“ Excusez-moi monsieur/madame, Je suis perdu(e). Je cherche la rue de la Bourse. Pourriez-vous me dire comment y aller, s’il vous plaît? " :

" Excuse me sir / madam. I'm lost. I'm looking for rue de la Bourse. Could you tell me how to get there, please. "

To indicate the way, the following sentences are often used :

Vous tournez à droite / à gauche : You turn right / left.

Vous traversez la rue, ça sera la deuxième sur votre gauche : You cross the street, it will be the second on your left.

Vous continuez tout droit : Go straight ahead.

Vous allez tomber dessus : You will fall on it.
